Cancellation
Once an order has been created, it cannot be cancelled. Even if the payment has not yet taken place.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 h, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If no other option is available then returning the product, Elil Silk House should get the product within 5 working days of receiving the product.

No Return
Products can't be returned. Each product is checked for color and size before each shipment. For example, the mass of a dress is measured and checked again. The customer has the responsibility to order the appropriate size according to our size chart.

Retourning Parcels due to "No pickup at parcel service from the recipient"
We give our customers the tracking number to see where the parcel is. If you can't receive it by yourself you can contact the parcel service with it by yourself. If an order comes return to our shop, then there are retourning costs from the parcel service which customer must pay. And for sending it again to customer, the customer must pay the full amount for shipping.
Example: Standard shipping in switzerland is 4.95Fr.- that's the reduced price from Elil Silk House. By sending the parcel again you must pay the amount which the parcel service actually charge on real.
You can also pick up the parcel, if you don't want to send it again. You can't cancel your order or asking for refund.
